Delete in the app

Sign in, open the account menu → Profile, then choose Delete account and confirm. Deletion needs an internet connection. Your account is closed immediately: you are signed out and can no longer sign in on any device. Everything is permanently deleted within 24 hours.

Request deletion without the app

Email info@plantlove.yushi.com.au from the email address registered to your Plant Love account, with the subject Delete my account. Say you want your Plant Love account and its data deleted. You do not need to reinstall the app.

We may ask you to verify you are the account holder. We reply within 30 days. Once your request is verified, the account is closed and permanently deleted within 24 hours. Never send your password.

What deletion removes

Deletion permanently removes your sign-in identity and the account's database data, including plants, locations, care schedules, chores, diary notes, photos, AI usage and account settings. It cannot be undone.

We keep no record of a deleted account, apart from server logs and backups, which expire on their own (below). Once deletion is complete you can sign up again with the same email address, as a new account.

Server logs expire after 30 days, and backups, when enabled, expire within 7 days. Your browser may keep previously viewed photos until you clear its cache or it expires. Google Play and RevenueCat retain their own purchase records under their policies. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not cancel PLUS. Cancel through Google Play or the provider you used for a web purchase to stop future renewals. The Support page explains how.
