Plant Love is a plant diary and care app. These terms cover your use of the app and its optional PLUS subscription.

Who provides Plant Love

Your licence and responsibilities

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use Plant Love while you comply with these terms. You keep ownership of the content you add, and permit us and our service providers to store and process it to provide the features you use.

Keep your sign-in credentials secure. Only upload content you have permission to use. Do not use the service unlawfully, upload harmful content, interfere with other accounts, bypass limits or attempt to disrupt the service.

Plant care and AI

Care schedules and AI suggestions are general information. AI identification and health assessments may be incomplete or wrong and are not expert advice. Check suggestions before applying them, particularly for toxic plants, pesticides and animal or human safety.

Plant Love PLUS

PLUS is an optional subscription. The purchase screen and your store show the price, billing period and any trial before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store where you purchased them.

For Android purchases, manage or cancel PLUS in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal; the store shows when access ends. For a purchase made on the web, use the subscription management link in the web Plans page.

Refund requests follow the purchasing provider's policy and your applicable legal rights. See Support if your purchase is not reflected in the app.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel with your purchasing provider separately before deleting the account.

Availability and account deletion

Some features need an internet connection. Service availability and AI results depend on our providers. You can stop using Plant Love at any time and request account deletion. This permanently removes your garden from our service, subject to the retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
